Growing up as a little Black girl with hyperpigmentation and recurring boils, I rarely saw people who looked like me represented in the beauty industry. That experience stayed with me and inspired me to create something different.

In 2020, I founded our company with one simple mission: to create skincare that truly helps people feel confident in their skin. As someone with sensitive skin, I wanted products that were both effective and thoughtfully formulated products I could trust.

Today, our mission remains the same as it was from day one: to create high-quality skincare that helps address concerns like hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, and other common skin challenges while empowering people to embrace the skin they're in.
